Brownies

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
¾ cups cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
(Optional) 1 tbsp decaf instant coffee

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Mix the dry ingredients together
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Mix until well blended
Spread evenly into a baking pan
Bake 25-30 minutes in oven
Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares

Best served with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and light sprinkle of cocoa powder or very fine sugar alongside fruit or vegan vanilla ice cream
