The Brushcutter is a solid little Honda CB360, has lived at Wrongton since 2018,
it's called the brushcutter because we'd saved up to buy a new brushcutter
then saw this little guy advertised down the road and blew our money on this instead.
Currently on special interest rego and running well.

Had been sitting awhile so pumped the tires and fired it up.
Battery had plenty of power even after sitting for 6 months! Amazing motobatt!
After taking a while to get the fuel to come through is running strong.

Full engine rebuild at Hobart mtorcycles, registered on special interest

replaced brake nipple
bleed brakes, still feels a bit spongy
installed speedo cable
installed tacho cable
installed intake rubbers
crashed bike due to front disk brake bolt backing out, broke speedo drive
ordered speedo drive
Still backfiring on RHS, will replace points and condensor.

Attempting to fix backfiring RHS cylinder
Bench Synched Carbs
Re-timed using static method
RHS carb still lags behind left, I could get the issue close to fixed by balancing the carbs but the bench synch would be way out. Suspect air leak or blocked idle jet in RHS carb.

Bike purchased for $2000, seller said clutch was slipping or jammed, zero brakes, bike runs but rough.
Adjusted Clutch, still jammed.
Changed oil for proper MC oil (common cause for clutch slippage)
Adjusted rear brake, seems good!
Attempted to bleed front brake but bleed nipple is stripped. ordered new one.
Startup and ride, clutch came good. Only firing on 1 cylinder
Adjusted points and timing, second cylinder now working but occasional backfire
Tested for air leaks in intake manifold, new intake manifold rubbers ordered.
