Hi.

This is just a quick recipe for my quick notes.

I'll expand it later.

Ingredients:

1. Oil

2. Water

3. Jeera powder

4. Green chilli paste

5. Rice flour

6. Salt

Method:

1. Add 1 spoonful of oil in the pot and grease the bottom

2. Fill half of the pot with water and boil it

3. Add jeera powder and green chilli paste

4. Add salt

5. Stir misture until boiling hot

6. Add 2 cups of rice flour and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until it

becomes smooth like fufu

7. Roll the mixture into balls and steam it for 25 mins

8. Serve while hot

Chef notes:

Be careful with the green chilli paste. I added too much on mine and it was so

hot, I had to eat two bananas afterwards. Also, I now dread going to the

toilet. lol
