Mental health is becoming a bigger and bigger focus, and this rise in awareness picked up even more speed with the current health crisis. People are now more aware of the importance of their own mental health and self-care.
By its nature and the kind of interaction that comes with it, free software is prone to emphasizing and worsening issues related to mental health, specifically with anxiety and burnout.
In this talk, I'll share with you my experience dealing with my own mental health issues in the context of working on free software, and try to give you leads to take better care of yourself and of the people around you.
