The last is paraphrased, since he said "What am I, a doctor or a moon
shuttle conductor", but it fits the mold. Also, in Amok Time, Kirk says
"Well, are you a doctor or aren't you?" and in ST5 says something like
"Dammit Bones, you're a doctor."
