Well, I'm Havoc The Chaos. Some of you may have heard of me, and if not,
you suck! Well, anyways, I'm here to tell about you a little prank that you
yourself can do, yes, *YOU* (Impressive, Huh?). Well, Ma Ball has done
something really nice (for us that is), and made WATS (800 numbers) toll
free. Who cares? Well, you should, as whenever you call and 800 number, it
costs *THEM* money for how long you stay on. Just like 900 numbers, the first
minute costs more than the rest of them, so wardialing the same 800 number
can be really fun and expensive for them (that's why the phone company does
not like people to scan 800 numbers). Now, I've found this number which rang
very strangely, and when the guy on the other end picked up, I realized that
he spoke Japanese.
Now, here's what you can do. Call (800)345-1517 and when the guy
picks up, just do your little stunt. When I first called him, our
conversation went something like this:
RING ... RING ... RING ... Ring ... Ring
Guy> Bla bla bla
HTC> ?Ahh, T? Hablar Espa?ol?
Guy> No
HTC> You don't speak Spanish?
Guy> No
HTC> Well, do you speak Japanese?
Guy> Yes
HTC> Well, too bad, I don't!

I felt really good knowing that *I* just cost some dam Japanese guy a
buck, and you should feel just as special, as Japan was nothing until we
helped them out after we bombed the hell out of them (I wish I was alive
then), but now they're being pricks about it, so why not cost them money?
