Gemini Page Link:
gemini://gempaper.strangled.net/mirrorlist/
I have to say this is the most useful link that I have found so far in the Gemini community amongst so many random posts published by individual users. The mirrors of popular websites in the traditional HTML Internet make the Gemini community a rather complete online ecology. Gemini users, with mirrored websites and online tools, can do so many things more than just simple posts. Furthermore, the link (gemini://gempaper.strangled.net/mirrorlist/why.gmi) elaborates on the reasons why the mirrors are significant, which persuade me to try to use more the Gemini browsers more frequently. It lists five major reasons: increased speed, lightweight, saves bandwidth, better readability, and better accessibility. I agree with the first four reasons. Nonetheless, I doubt if the reason for better accessibility makes sense because although the Gemini web layout is simple to access, it requires users to download a particular Gemini browser to access Gemini web pages and change their way to use the Internet as it is not in the most universal and popular HTML format. For average users, I still think these websites in HTML are more accessible than in the Gemini format because HTML is the current paradigm of online resources.
