freshclam

• Scan a file for viruses:

clamscan {path/to/file}

• Scan directories recursively and print out infected files:

clamscan --recursive --infected {path/to/directory}

• Scan directories recursively and move them into quarantine:

clamscan --recursive --move={directory}
