Had a hard time leaving the house for several days. I picked some rosemary from near the entry threshold and imbued myself with the outside, scrubbing with the herb in a hot shower, running it through my hair and over my face. I paid special attention to my anxiety centers - jaw and shoulders - and the engines of my freedom - feet and legs.
For me, rosemary is the herb of courage and resilience.
