You can make the stock using bouillon cubes.. I recommend figuring that out on your own.
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
2. Slowly add the stocks and stir regularly.
3. Add in flour slowly and keep going until the mixture seems thick enough.
4. Season with salt & pepper until it tastes good enough to you :^)
5. Pour a good amount of oil into the deep fryer and heat to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Add the fries and cook for about 8 minutes or longer until fries are golden brown and crispy.
7. On a flat surface, layer some tin foil with paper towels on top. Put the fries on the paper towels and season with salt + pepper.
8. Toss fries in a bowl with gravy and cheese, making sure the fries are coated and the cheese is melting.
9. Season with ground pepper and serve immediately.
