Homeland is a Gamecube RPG that surprisingly has online capabilities. It has a cute style similar to that seen in a lot of Level 5's games, though it's a Chunsoft title. As an RPG it's simple but fun, but the online play is definitely the most interesting bit. There is apparently a Japanese discord community that still plays regularly, and the game is self-hosted, not an MMO with a server. Despite being self hosted the player limit is fairly high, I believe 35. I haven't gotten a chance to play it online myself yet, but would ilke to do so sometime.
