Mamorkuchen

This a fancy German cake, translated to English it means Marble Cake.

Ingredients

Bright Part

Dark Part

Cake form

Just any cake form will do it, just grab one you think looks nice or one that you have.

Add a bit butter to the inside so the cake will not stick to it when it is done.

Bright part

Put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix them, keep in mind the butter has to be soft, if this isn't the case just warm it up a bit in a microwave.

Now add the backing powder and vanilia sugar.

Mix it a bit and add flour and milk.

You have to mix the egg white untill you have a quite stiff foam, then add the foam to the rest and mix it carefully.

Pour the white part evenly into the form.

Dark part

Boil some water in a pot on your stove and place a cup in it, then put the chocolate in the cup and let it melt.

While the chocolate is melting you can do the other stuff.

Just like the bright part, put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix them.

Now add the backing powder and a bit of cinnamon.

Mix it a bit, then add flour, egg yellow and milk.

When the chocolate is liquid mix it in untill everything has the same color

Then pour the dark part on top of the bright part.

"Mixing them"

Now carefully sterr the bright and dark part together, just a but so the connection between them is not a straight line.

Trowing the thing in the Oven
