A week ago I challenged myself to read more.
I'm pleased to say it's born fruit. The silver level of the challenge was 30 pages a day, which is a total of 210 pages for the week. I cleared this level with a wide margin. However, I didn't always read as much as I intended. Yesterday I worked a lot longer than usual and was subsequently too tired to read in the evening. Instead I watched a movie, and not a very good one at that.
This morning as I woke I decided to do some reading before getting up. The challenge ran from 8am last Thursday to 8am today (some 12 minutes ago).
All in all I completed 330 pages, just 20 pages short of the gold level! That's a good sprint, and I have nothing to be dissatisfied about.
Will have to ponder what the next challenge shall be.
