Ooh that's a good point. I can add some extra variables like:

• Solar Coverage (as a percentage of "roof" (ground) area)
• Solar efficiency
• Electricity usage per household

I could even scale that up to other utilities like Water:

• Rainwater Collection Rate
• Surface Drainage Rate
