I don't know as I have one. I write here, and the longer pieces are mirrored on write.as:

But that's about it. I just discovered Obsidian as a possible personal wiki/commonplace book, though, and it looks quite promising:

That said, I do have every intention of putting together my own site sooner or later (probably via neocities, which has already been mentioned).

I seem a couple people here on the pub using write.as. Why do you use it, zampano?
