That's a fair point, and is one of the many (many) weaknesses of so-called "woke" culture. I recommend Freddie de Boer's blog, linked below, for some critique from the left of all this.

On the flipside, I'm generally really appreciative of all the many strengths and advantages of woke culture. We don't want to throw out the woke baby with the bathwater here.
