It's winter in the northern hemisphere right now, but of course that doesn't stop the gardener from thinking about his/her/their garden.
While currently more concerned with cleaning up, fixing tools, or (now that the frost seems to be over) pumping water from the well (which unfortunately was dry most of the time last summer), there is always something to do in the garden.
But if you want to keep yourself busy with a little greenery in winter, you can now do that in Gemini space—at least virtually.
Astrobotany is a fun little game for in-between, where the goal is to grow a plant from a seed. You need to regularly check on your little plant, water and fertilize it, and occasionally shake it lose of coins hiding in the plant's foilage.
Once your own plant is nurtured, you can look around the gardens of other users. Every now and then you will come across plants that have not been watered for a while. If there is water in the watering can, you can save the plant from drying out.
If you don't want to search for thirsty plants, you can head to the Garden Gnome Society's space. The society regularly informs about thirsty and wilting plants that need your help.
Happy gardening!
