My kitchen is quite simple, it has everything that is commonly needed to cook, eat and welcome people. Whithout doubt, the greca for coffee is indispensable. Mate has recently been added to those essentials, mainly for the visit. Gas stove, please. Window always open, of course. I have to organize the recipe book.

Common dishes:

• Banana Pancakes
• Fruit salad
• Various vegetables, baked or sautéed, usually with pasta
• Whole wheat flour tortillas
• Different sandwiches
• Arepas with vegetables

Not so common dishes:

• Homemade lentil empanadas
• Baked eggplant milanesas
• Homemade Pizza

• A postcard with a tropical beach
• Various small drawings
