Logs are deleted approx monthly and only used to generate basic stats and identify percentage of requests coming from search engines etc.: no of unique visitors, pages visited etc.
This gemini capsule received approx 200 requests from approx 75 unique ip addresses in it's first 10 days of operation. About 30 percent(from about 5 ip addresses) of requests appeared to be from search engines(not scientific).
