So, for a variety of reasons my wife is going gluten-free. So that means I'm going gluten-free too. Which means that I'm not going to make my sourdough for a little while.
I got some gluten-free recipe books, and it turns out GF bread is *a thing*. Well, duh, I'm sure. But I'm going to try making some of that! There's even GF .... **SOURDOUGH**, which I'm very excited about. Though some of the starters are really weird. One includes potatoes? Another asks for a packet of yeast?!?!
Anyway I think this will be a good topic for this little slice of heaven. Stay tuned.
