Backlinks link to specific sections of text. Linked text can also backlink to the link that linked it lol. Instead of pages linking together, it's elements linking together[1]. Something a bit like text fragments[2].
Links should link to the state of the page when the link was added. So each page has a version, and I'm linking to a specific version. Maybe this can be in the URL, so for example link to a page like /thoughts/me/2021-11-22.
Pasting a .md filename in the editor search should open the file by default rather than showing search results
Lists in excerpts should be converted to a comma separated list, where each li gets a comma appended. If possible, end the ul or ol with a period?
Add indication of number of page connections to each link. Helps get a sense for where in the network[3] you're moving to (towards a highly-connected node, or away)
Assign each thought a randomly generated visual[4], ideally inheriting from a highly-connected set of neighbors[5]
Visual "map" of the overall structure
Save wm to object storage as a backup

Only build changed pages. I think in sveletekit that would mean preventing crawling and feeding in a list of pages to build. This list could be generated during editing and then get deleted by the build script. Not sure exactly how to handle changes to the templates themselves.
