The Sementivae and Paganalia were held on the last days of the first lunar cycle of January. As far as I know, the exact date wasn't fixed, but they ocurred sometime after the Ides.
These were farmer's rites for the sowing of seed, prosperity, and peace.
In the Roman countryside, sacrifice was made to Tellus, or Mother Earth, and to Ceres on two separate days within the last week of January.
