Bannock
- 5 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 pinch salt
- 3 Tbsp syrup
- 2 cups water
- 0.4 cups oil
Instructions
- mix dry and wet ingredients seperately
- combine and mix well
- knead the dough, add flour / water if needed
- roll out to about 2" thick
- put into a skillet or pan
- prick rows of holes with a fork (optional)
- cook on medium heat for about 15 mins on each side (or until brown)
