Yesterday I sold an oldish Garmin vivofit tracker/watch, lying around in the parents' house unused for years. The battery was dead, so we got new ones for like 6€. As one wristband was also unused, the device seemed like new again. Put it up for 13€ plus 2€ shipping. It quickly sold for 13€ inclusive shipping, which then cost us 4€ though and actually an extra drive to the post office. The guy buying it seemed like a half professional into sports equipment, so hopefully the device will get another chance for some of his customers if not himself. Otherwise it probably would have been more friendly to the environment to put it into "recycling" – but what does that mean?
