A little about dogmas

03/03/2021

Continuing to wander in the many paths of my own thoughts and conclusions, I endlessly think about the previous experience of mankind ... And yet, where are we now?

For centuries, people have tried to express in writing the subjective experience of experiencing infinity. Sometimes the attempts reached a terrible logical dead end. Experiences of God, which by the way Freud denied, saying that he does not observe it in himself, these experiences were an incentive to write a huge number of texts. The main problem is that there is a level of cultural perception dictated by the development of society, incl. within the framework of scientific thought. This "cultural level" in any case limits a person in expressing what he is experiencing, but even worse is the interpretation of people who might not have had this experience. Then it is precisely the dogmatization of thought that takes place, declaring with conventional categoricality that "experience can only be this way and no other." We see this everywhere, colliding with the ossification of religious thought, even in the 21st century.

Despite the fact that sometimes, within the framework of the cultural program, individual individuals step outside the boundaries of dogma, balancing themselves so as not to become marginal, nevertheless there will be a huge number of criticism from the standpoint of dogma from all sides.

Whereas the knowledge of God as an absolute many times stepped beyond the bounds of callous books. Books in themselves are not bad, they are an attempt to convey experience, like any text in essence, whatever it may be. The problem arises already for the reader, not for the author. Admirers of dogmas give up their own experience of knowledge, and this is a crime against oneself.

Humanity has spent a huge time resource to reach the point of generally transferring experience outside the framework of culture, to abandon its own experiences through the prism of perception of someone else's experience, this is a path to stagnation and social degradation, from which the book saves as a "law".

But the only law that should fascinate is the natural law of nature, because it contains the key to the foundations of the universe. Humanity has long gone beyond the framework of culture on separate continents. In the middle of the 20th century, having gone beyond the borders of the planet, we received (I must say for the first time in all history) a new experience. Following the euphoria and the ignorant exclamation that "there is no one behind the sky", we are faced with the fact that there is the same law, acting in its own way, and we do not know how until now.

It would seem that this collision with reality should have been a new stimulus for the destruction of dogmas, for moving forward, for contemplation on a global scale. As a consequence, to the destruction of the usual thought about the framework of culture, about the concept of friend or foe, but here too we get stuck in social stagnation and complete apathy.

Just the thought that we are something more. The idea that we are the senses of being, with the help of which the universe knows itself. Because we do not yet know more than a single thinking form that would be able to experience this experience and share it.

Maybe we are simply necessary, if you allow me to say to God, precisely for the process of cognizing being itself, for knowing its laws. Without humanity, the universe can be completely empty and cannot perceive itself, this very thought gives an incentive to the desire to contemplate. We have no moral right to refuse this. Deny yourself the opportunity to go beyond the boundaries of the everyday level, remain just consumers and continue to exist limiting your perception, your experience, not trying to share it.

No religion-science conflict exists and never has existed. Man uses fantasy, an allegory of universal proportions, to outline the markers for future generations. It is sad when the marker becomes more important than the object of knowledge. Religion does not conflict with anything when it is true religion, which seeks this knowledge, as well as science, which is trying to understand our place and how this world works.

Power, politics, money, ignorance and dogma - this is what drowns a person as a thinking being.

We are more than any prejudices that are high time to be sent to the dustbin of history, because the "revolution" of the 60s has just begun, and it is really permanent, despite the chill of lack of interests behind the barrier of everyday problems, we inevitably strive beyond the boundaries of our world. We strive to learn whether we personally want it or not. And the universe expects more and more new steps from us, it wants to know itself by our experience, it gives hints. Is it worth it to engage in any kind of superstition that holds humanity with tenacious hands, forcing to ritualize every step with meaningless actions?

Did a person convey awareness of the experience of transcending the boundaries of "cultures" until the middle of the 20th century? Yes, definitely. Both as solitary phenomena and as whole movements, in Asia there are excellent works by Longchem Rambjam, in Europe there is a huge number of Catholic mystics, and mainly Kabbalistic movements, which, by the way, gave birth to the genius of Spinoza.

The philosophy of Descartes, which nurtured Spinoza, who abandoned the framework of religious perception in favor of direct experience. Kant after all.
