Added a page listing vendors who take Allagan Tomestones and what they sell. Look, I wind up capping my Poetics a *lot*, okay? Also, added a couple of useful tools to the links page.

Spawn points and descriptions for Endwalker elite marks have been added. In addition, I've simplified the display of coordinates on earlier elite mark pages.
One day I may get around to including actual maps, but I don't want to just "borrow" one of the maps that are already floating around the internet, not least because they don't fit the minimal aesthetic I'm going for by having a Gemini capsule in the first place.
