Fastest times are underlined. Due to the method used to determine which time was fastest, there may be a discrepancy of up to two seconds, so two times are underlined for the pre-Ultima Weapon segment.
If switching between languages was instantaneous, the fastest route would be Japanese > German > Japanese/German > French > German; however, it takes at least a few seconds to swap languages (and this cannot be macro'd), more than you'd actually wind up saving.
Your best bet is to use Japanese going into the elevator cutscene, then switch to French during the low-damage phase of Ultima Weapon phase 1.
Note that you'd have to bring *mad* deeps for this to really make a difference unless the rest of your party is also following this strat.
