Yeah, all of us have seen each and every one of those UNIX tfiles.. they
pretty much say the same thing. I'm going to not worry about those right
now, I'm going after new ideas and I'm going after the public-access
UNIXes.

Public access UNIXes are easy to find. Lots of cities have one. When you
do, try "guest" and look at their cute menu.


	The mail backdoor


Some systems have a "Send Mail to Sysop" option. If that option uses the
standard UNIX "mail" program, it's great! Go in, and on a blank line, do a
~v. That will invoke the vi editor, and use :sh for a shell. You're in!


	Telnet


There was a system up here that had a telnet command in the guest menu. The
telnet was to a specified place, but that didn't stop you from hitting
ctrl-] and typing ! for shell. That is easily fixable, though. They can
just turn the escape character off.


If/When you get in:


	Grab the passwd file. I do this all the time, on UNIX systems everywhere.


Get Cracker Jack(necessity for anyone who wants to get anywhere with UNIX
hacking). Get a big dictionary, or XTRACT one on your own. Hack.

That's not hard. When you do get some accounts, go to #warez* on IRC and
ask to trade accounts. Eventually, you'll get someone. Trade. Have fun.
