RE: Christina's Five Questions for December 2021

2021-12-09

Christina's Five Questions

I have been planning on responding to one of these for a long time but I'm finally actually doing it! Ok, here we go.

1. How far in advance do you like to start planning things?

I'm not much of a planner in general. I have this fear of being locked into things sometimes I guess. When there is something big that does require some planning I will do it but I usually wait as long as I can to make commitments that are set in stone.

2. What do you hope happens in 2022?

Realistically my hope is for "things" to at least trend in a good direction, no matter how slight. I'll take any good trends, just give me something please 2022!

3. What challenges have you recently overcome?

Hmmm, I have no idea. I can't think of anything recently that I would consider a particularly obvious challenge. If you consider not killing plants a challenge like I do then I'll go with that. We've been doing good with our plants lately and they are all healthy at the moment :).

4. Seasonal traditions you're most excited about?

There aren't many traditions around the holidays that I get real excited about. Mostly I look forward to just having down time with the whole family around to spend time together. That is something that doesn't happen enough and it's nice.

5. Are you good at directions and maps?

I would say that yes I am good at directions and with maps. I'm a visual person and I very quickly get bearings in new places. Most times after being somewhere once I can get back there or to nearby places without directions. I also prefer to look at a map when trying to navigate vs following turn by turn directions.
