Issues in Tech and Life that annoy me

While I like OSX and have grown to enjoy it, the security sandboxing for apps that aren't distribuited on the Apple App Store annoy me. I shouldn't have to have an installation fail and have to jump thru hoops just to install an app. I understand this is intended to protect the end user, but most of the OSX users I know aren't tech illiterate
Apple's T2 Security chip is annoying, I would love to ditch OSX entirely for Arch, I could, but I'd be installing software that has not been fully tested yet.
