Dublin PR firm 360 acquired by FINN Partners

Dublin public relations firm 360 has been acquired by global communications firm, FINN Partners.
Established by Dan Pender a decade ago, 360 has a broad base of clients in areas as diverse as technology, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare.
It employs 17 people in Dublin.
Dan Pender will become Managing Partner of the company which will be known as 360, a FINN Partners Company.
The acquisition will see FINN Partners extending its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) footprint.
Founded almost ten years ago, the firm has grown from six to 25 offices on three continents.
"Ireland is an increasingly important market for global and international clients seeking to establish or grow a presence in the European Union. We see the addition of 360 to our team as strategically important for our continued global growth," Peter Finn, Founding Partner of FINN said.
"When we were considering how best to advance the next phase in our growth, a global footprint, deepening our service capabilities, and team development were key factors. It was apparent from early-on in our discussions with FINN Partners that there was a real fit," Dan Pender said.
