As an example, a standard "C form" C chord is 032010. A "C
form" D chord is played with a first finger bar on the 2nd fret
i.e. 254232. By moving the "C form" chord down the neck the
various chords are played as shown in the chart.
Other forms of chords such as minor and 7th chords follow
the same pattern. An "E7 form" barred at the 3rd fret is a G7
and etc.
