Steps

Add water, olive oil, yeast
Set Mambo: 37deg, speed 2, time 2:00
Add flour and salt
Set Mambo: speed 2, time 4:00
Put in oven paper in rack
Wait 30min / Wait 2.5hours, re-mass, wait 30min
Make some cuts
Pre-heat oven at 225deg with water container
Bake for 45min at 225deg or until you like the look
