Idea: YouTube but with Gemini, GemTube

So here's the idea, a Youtube clone but in Gemini, over the Gemini protocol. I know it's not recommended to download big files but there are other options to making filesize smaller.

• Use H.265 Compression
• Offer an original quality version and a 720p version (maybe even 360p)
• Offer mirrors of the lower qualities on https (through Github or some other hosting)
