Goals

• Get good at packaging software the old fashioned way. I mean deb and RPM and PKGBUILD. I've built RPMs before, but I'd like to get deeper into that topic. Repackaging stuff with patches, that sort of thing.
• Lose weight. COVID lockdown has made me way more sedentary. I've got to fix that in an intentional way.
• Support open source software. I write Rust and Go, mostly. And I do a lot of infra stuff at $JOB. Cloud stuff.
• Learn how to run an email server. So, I may do infra stuff but email is scary to me. But it's still the core of the decentralized net. I've got a good basis in DNS, TCP/IP, and Linux. I'd like to take the next step.
• Write more. I am super interested in Gemini and low-power tech. Strip away all the BS and just write. Exploring Gemini reminds me of the "old web"
