I failed to expect the unexpected, and oh boy did it arrive. It's going to be an awkward August, and more than ever I need these ways to /do/ something outside of work to let go. I'm glad I have the exercise and meditation to keep me going, and I'm lucky to have been able to have a small walk yesterday morning in the sun, which lifted my mood immensely.
