This page lists proxies which allow anonymous access to public resources on various JavaScript-encumbered websites without client-side scripting. Some links are to project code repositories; in all cases, at least one publicly available instance was listed in the project's documentation at the time of writing and verified to be working.
If you find any defunt projects or links listed here, please inform the library using the e-mail address in the header.
The library condemns all "Big Tech" services, which many of the projects here aim to proxy, for the invasive, controlling means they use to make a profit from the services they offer and the dangerous centralization they encourage. However, it is impractical to be a well-informed without using such popular services at least occasionally and indirectly.
A YouTube proxy. The project unfortunately provides JavaScript-encumbered pages for documentation, but the appropriate GitHub repository[1] can be used as an alternative. Public instances can be found either from there or by using a search engine.

gemini://pon.ix.tc:1965/youtube
Another YouTube proxy, this one over Gemini. Videos are not, of course, embedded in the page.
A Twitter proxy.
A Reddit proxy.
Another Reddit proxy.
gemini://gemini.bunburya.eu/remini.gmi
Another Reddit proxy, this one over Gemini.
A web and Gemini interface capable of acting as a proxy for Google Translate (as well as offering the libre LibreTranslate engine). Currently the only listed instance is here:
A web interface to the federated video-sharing network PeerTube. The PeerTube client and server code ARE free[2], and the Autumn Project has packaged the client code as a browser extension[3].
[2] PeerTube repository (HTTP)
An Instagram proxy. Instagram's API restrictions are unfortunately draconian; bibliogram nonetheless does the best it can.
