PAIN
Painful day today, while the yesterday ride was only 26 km, I pushed a lot and I feel it today. I fell this is fine, this mean I will suffer to be better next time.
Anyway, it was sunny outside, I decided to make a short trip around my home using my mountain bike, there is a very steep path that I enjoy climbing (+60m) and today I've been able to climb it in once without having to walk to push the bike in the middle of the path. I was totally exhausted and destroyed at the top of the path, but very happy and proud of myself. I did it once, this mean I'll be able to do it now.
