Langfield Edge looking towards Stoodley Pike
Starting by the Shepherd's Rest pub, head west around Rake End overlooking Gauxholme and Walsden, a stop at Basin Stone (Basin Rock), then on to Gaddings Dam. Back down towards Stoodley Pike along Langfield Edge, then a dog leg back heading down past the bottom of Gaddings Dam and the very eroded steeper and direct route.
