Happy

Life has taken a very pleasant, very unexpected turn the past month.

I feel happy, and I can finally stop saying that work is the only positive element in my life.

Of course, me being me, I am actually struggling to accept that happiness can be a thing: my brain likes to remind me often how good things end painfully.

I have tons of things to do: some of these will bring change, and change scares me; others are just chores and tasks I need to complete to be able to function, and I have to actively make myself do them or I'll just keep postponing and go into "survival mode".

This is the typical situation that has me frozen in place, so yeah... here's me trying to figure out a routine that will get me unstuck.
