I've had a pain in my right ear for about 3 days now. The pain isn't noticeable at all. That is, until I start chewing with my right jaws.
I found a box of ear drops in my medical kit, and used them once daily. Today I got different ear drops.
The pain has reduced considerably. I'm just hoping it was a light outer ear infection caused by too much headphone use and excessive cleaning.
There's a light itching in my ear right now, which I assume is from healing any abrasions up. I really need to stop poking my ears constantly because that may make matters worse. Just a note.
I've been listening to a lot of music recently, which means I always had my ears plugged in. I don't think that's very healthy so I'm going to cut back on the music thing from now on.
Which reminds me, I also need to reduce my screen time. It potentially means a longer life for my laptop, and my eyes.
