Almost 5 kilos of MDMA seized in Dublin, man arrested

A man has been arrested following the seizure in Dublin of 4.8kg of MDMA with an estimated value of €288,000.
The seizure was made as part of ongoing investigations targeting organised crime groups operating in Dublin city.
The operation was carried out by Revenue's Customs Service, along with the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and the DMR North Central Divisional Drugs Unit.
A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection with the seizure and is being held at Store Street Garda Station in Dublin.
Investigations are ongoing.
