I run a newly rebooted Palace server along side the BBS, it's not much to see right now, not going to lie.
To connect to The Palace server, use oh.mg port 9998.
If you're interested in running a Palace server on your own, you can find the downloads at ftp.oh.mg or via the BBS in File Area 3 - General utilities.
