We are supposed to be getting up to 50 inches over the next ~6 days starting tonight. Digging out the car is not going to be fun, but I have really been loving the snow in general since moving to the mountains.

I need a good winter book. I recently read tfurrows* recently published book "Professor Spindlebrock's Little Blue Book of Traveling Spells". It was a wonderfully fun read. Not the usual genre for me, but I enjoyed it immensely. Now I dont know what to read next. Maybe I should re-read "Smila's Sense of Snow". It is so good and with all the snow maybe that would be a good fit? If anyone has any recommendations that they'd like to send me (sloumATrawtext.club) it would be much appreciated. Some of my authors (to give a sense of my taste) are Haruki Murakami, David Wong, Ray Bradbury, Ted Chiang, Michael Cunningham, and JRR Tolkien. In general I like family dramas, nostalgia, a bit of fantasy, literate speculative fiction, and weird horror.
