Finally, a vacation by the sea again! We took advantage of the low incidence in Germany and went to the North Sea last week.
The weather was–as you would expect at the North Sea–mixed: wind, rain, and sunshine. But we had a nice time. We walked around a lot: in the mudflats, in front of the levees, on the levees and behind the levees. And, of course, we enjoyed the salty air by the sea.
Even though we were only ~600 km away from home, the change of scenery did us some good!
