OK, it's October 2nd.
Goals for today: Attend hangout with my friend tonight.
Anxieties for today: Awaiting followup on long apology I sent someone I love very much.
Something brave I did today: Looked up articles about how to do something that will be very difficult for me. I cried a little bit but I'll get better.
Something I'm proud of doing yesterday: Took melatonin. The relaxation I felt before falling asleep was absolutely divine. I'm looking forward to it again tonight.
Something I'm looking forward to tomorrow: Rehearsal!
