I just did some verifications and it seems to be a number used by RoboKiller[1].
Have you wife installed that application or any spam blocking app?
It basically forward spam call to that number. Maybe a bug or something happened when you deleted the app and the calls were still forwarding after the deletion.

Yeah, I helped someone with this problem a few weeks back.
From what Verizon told me, it seems like an app somehow enabled *72 - any call that came in when the line was already in use or went to voicemail was redirected to a Dakota number.
Dialing *73 disabled the forward and put things back to normal.
Easy way of knowing if a number is associated with RoboKiller is to determine if they are using this LLC as their carrier: "NATIVE AMERICAN TELECOM - PINE RIDGE LLC"

Interesting find, appreciate it. Going to follow up with her
My wife hasn't received VM's for weeks and just called support. They said it's been forwarded to the above number... how has this not been blacklisted by now?
I'll tell you how... They don't give a fuck.
Its a RoBoKiller phone #. Did she install any anti spam apps?
Wouldn't be surprised - will check with her. Appreciate the reply and am surprised an app would have permission to change this setting!
Anyone know what the “weird voicemail” is or what happens when the number is called?
