I clicked on the link to twitter on the home page (

https://twitter.com/UnikraftCloud

) and twitter tells me that the account has been suspended for violating the rules. What is up with that?

Edit: The GitHub icon goes to

https://twitter.com/unikraft

which is also suspended. This should probably be a link to github.com.

Have been having a fiddle getting setup with this - build is fast, output is tiny, am considering introducing to my company but nervous of it being young. What have folks’ experience being introducing new tech at their jobs?

If it works fantastically, no one will care. If there is even a single hiccup, then its "your" solution and _squint_, eh, not so sure.

The only way to introduce new tech to a reasonably sized group is to first get group by in. Do everything you can to make sure it's not _your_ idea, but something the group agrees on.

Is it closer to the firecracker VM or a unikernel in Go or Rust?

iou wrote at 2021-12-04 21:24:53:

It sounds closer to the former (as that's KVM)

https://github.com/unikraft/unikraft

What isn't clear is how it inlines kernelspace, whether that surface area is optimized down etc
