For anyone looking for a TL;DR: The key insights are in the box with the blue text-as-image.
I almost missed them because the box looks like one of these "links to other articles" boxes that's not part of the article. I wonder what caused the ACM, of all publishers, to a) have key parts of the article in an inaccessible image with no meaningful alt text b) use link-like blue for non-links.
The text itself started extremely long winded, and when I scrolled down to see if the article becomes more substantive further down, the first sentence I saw was
"The first sentence of Tolstoy's Anna Karenina reads, "All happy families are alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way."
I wonder if the summary was added by someone other than the author, and the image was the only way they could smuggle it in without it being considered a change that the author would have to approve.
