Try to Smile more.

This might be easier said than done, but I do try to make sure i smile often, even when i'm not feeling great.

When outside, smiling at people as you pass by, often gets a smile in return, it makes other people feel a little better and when they respond, you feel better too.

Facial expression is one of our most important forms of communication. Without saying a word it's possible to alter a situation just by smiling.

You might actually change someone else's mood in the process, it's a small thing that can have a huge impact.
